Easy Fish Pie

Serves 4

Ingredients

 

1 large or 2 small tins of fish (eg salmon)

1 tin of potatoes or 4 fresh if you have them

1 tin of tinned peas

2 handfuls of cheese

 

Method

 

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes. For tinned potatoes – mash them up.

 

  1. Mix in the drained tin of peas.

 

  1. Open and drain the tinned fish and tip into an oven proof dish.

 

  1. Pile the mash and pea mixture on top of the fish.

 

  1. Grate cheese over the top.

 

  1. Place in a hot over (220 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes.
