- Frankfurter and Bean Hotpot
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2-4 sticks celery, chopped (optional)
- 4-6 frankfurters, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 (420g) tins baked beans
Prep:5min › Cook:10min › Ready in:15min
- Heat oil in frying pan. Add sliced onion and diced pepper. Cook until onion and pepper are soft.
- Add baked beans and frankfurters and cook until mixture comes to them boil. Serve on toast.
