  • Frankfurter and Bean Hotpot
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2-4 sticks celery, chopped (optional)
  • 4-6 frankfurters, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 (420g) tins baked beans

 

Method

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min

 

  • Heat oil in frying pan. Add sliced onion and diced pepper.      Cook until onion and pepper are soft.

 

  • Add baked beans and frankfurters and cook until mixture comes to them boil. Serve on toast.
