Salmon and Potato Bake
Serves 3-4 people
1 can of salmon (418g)
300ml crème fraiche
salt and pepper
500g mashed potato
15g cheese, grated
seasoning and chives. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Place in an ovenproof dish.
Top with mashed potato then scatter the surface with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
